Founder, Vantical Risk

I spent more than 20 years on the inside. At WWE, FactSet, and HomeServe, I built the security programs that protected global brands: security architecture, third-party risk, governance, and most recently AI governance. Much of that work came down to one skill that has nothing to do with technology — sitting in a room with executives and a board, and turning something technical into a decision they could actually make.

Along the way I kept noticing the same thing. The pressure large companies feel is reaching much smaller ones. A customer sends a security questionnaire. An insurer asks twelve pointed questions at renewal. Someone on the team pastes company data into an AI tool. The difference is that a large company has a team for this, and a 60-person company has an owner who already has a full-time job.

That gap is why I started Vantical Risk. Not to sell you software you don't need, and not to hand you a report full of jargon, but to be the security leader you'd hire if you could justify the salary. I'll tell you plainly what your real risks are, what they could cost you, and what to do first. Then I'll help you do it.
